Classicque Home & Commercial Cleaning Ltd uses personal information to answer enquiries, provide quotes, deliver cleaning services and manage recruitment.

Contact and booking forms may collect your name, email address, telephone number, service requirements and message. Job applications may also include employment information, a cover note and an uploaded CV.
How information is used
We use this information to respond to you, arrange services, administer applications, protect our website and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Website submissions may be processed by our hosting, form-delivery, spam-prevention, analytics and file-storage providers. Uploaded CVs are stored using Vercel Blob and a download link is sent to our recruitment team. Anyone who obtains that unlisted link may be able to access the file, so applicants should not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is used only according to the preference selected in the website cookie notice. See our cookie policy for details.
Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal requirements and legitimate business records. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
